Technical Lead - MERN Stack

• *About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled **MERN Stack Developer (Team Lead)** with **8\+ years of experience** in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high\-performance web applications using **React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB**. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **AI integration, DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and team leadership**. This role involves leading a team of developers, driving technical architecture, implementing best development practices, and delivering innovative, enterprise\-grade applications while collaborating with cross\-functional teams.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high\-performance web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high\-performance work environment.
• Design and develop responsive, user\-friendly front\-end applications and robust backend APIs.
• Build and optimize MongoDB databases to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third\-party services.
• Integrate AI\-powered capabilities using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and AI APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Implement AI\-driven features such as intelligent chatbots, document processing, workflow automation, recommendation engines, and smart search solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes while managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, scalability, and adherence to coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, technical design discussions, and architectural planning.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high\-quality software solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and project execution.
• Troubleshoot production issues, monitor application performance, and implement continuous improvements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI advancements, and modern software development practices.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• **8\+ years** of hands\-on experience in Full Stack Web Application Development using the MERN Stack.
• Strong expertise in **React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, JavaScript (ES6\+), HTML5, and CSS3**.
• Proven experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.
• Hands\-on experience integrating AI technologies, including LLMs, Generative AI, AI APIs, and Prompt Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Minimum **2–3 years of experience leading development teams**, mentoring developers, and managing technical deliverables.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, application security, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent problem\-solving, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
