Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong academic background (preferably from NIT) and 8\+ years of hands\-on experience in software development and team leadership. The candidate will be responsible for driving technical strategy, leading development teams, and delivering high\-quality scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers across projects

Design and architect scalable, high\-performance applications

Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain coding standards

Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (Product, QA, Operations)

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical risks

Drive innovation and implement new technologies where required

Ensure system security, performance, and reliability

Key Requirements

8\+ years of experience in software development

Strong expertise in programming languages (Java / Python / .NET / Node.js)

Experience with system design, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strong problem\-solving and analytical abilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Profile

Candidate from NIT or other top\-tier institutes

Experience in handling large\-scale enterprise applications

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Pay: ₹120,000\.00 \- ₹150,000\.00 per month
