Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end\-to\-end development of web and mobile applications.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Design scalable system architecture and databases.
• Manage project planning, sprint execution, and delivery timelines.
• Review code and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor software developers and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders.
• Participate in architecture decisions and technology selection.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
• Manage deployments, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Pay: ₹750,000\.00 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
