About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced MEPC Technical Manager to lead and manage Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Civil (MEPC) operations and projects efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Coordinate manpower deployment along with Supervisors to ensure optimum resource utilization.
✅ Oversee MEPC installations, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities to ensure quality and safety standards.
✅ Manage and mentor engineers, supervisors, technicians, and site teams.
✅ Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure operational excellence.
✅ Oversee CM/PM activities through the RFM4U portal, monitor progress, and address operational concerns.
✅ Provide technical training and guidance to technicians and site teams.
✅ Ensure teams are equipped with the necessary tools, equipment, and resources to perform their duties effectively.
✅ Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
✅ Establish and monitor incident reporting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and near\-miss reporting systems, ensuring team compliance.
✅ Verify FM documents in the IFMS Corner Box for validity, compliance, and timely renewal.
✅ Ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance activities within scope, quality, budget, and safety requirements.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
✔ 3–5 years of experience in MEPC Projects, Facility Management, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors.
✔ Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, HVAC, and Fire Fighting systems.
✔ Experience in maintenance management, CM/PM planning, and technical operations.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office applications and facility management software/portals.
✔ Strong understanding of safety regulations, technical standards, and statutory compliance.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, team management, and problem\-solving skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
