Job Overview

We are looking for an **experienced Technical Manager / Technical Project Lead** with strong expertise in Java development and technical team leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding development teams, overseeing project execution, maintaining code quality, and ensuring timely delivery of software projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Java development projects and technical teams.
• Oversee software design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure coding standards and best practices.
• Review code and support the team in resolving technical challenges.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

• **8–10\+ years** of experience in Java software development.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Experience with REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, and SQL databases.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and managing development teams.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem\-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Experience managing project delivery and technical decisions.

Work Location Requirement

• Must be willing to work full\-time from the office at SmartCity, Kochi.
• Remote and hybrid work options are not available.
• Candidates based in Kerala and candidates willing to relocate to Kochi are preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000\.00 \- ₹90,000\.00 per month
