- *Technical Architecture \& Development:* Lead and own the architecture for CIAM and IAM platforms on Microsoft Azure, ensuring alignment with enterprise security, scalability, and integration standards. You will design and deliver identity solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, Azure App Services, and APIs, developing integration patterns with enterprise systems. Success means delivering secure, scalable, and high\-quality identity solutions that meet business needs.
- *Technical Delivery \& Execution:* Oversee end\-to\-end technical delivery across multiple teams, providing hands\-on architectural guidance and ensuring quality, performance, and scalability. Participate in Agile Release Train ceremonies and troubleshoot complex identity and integration issues. Daily activities include coordinating with teams and driving continuous improvement.
- *People Leadership \& Team Management:* Lead and support a team of frontend and backend developers, providing coaching, feedback, and development plans. Foster a culture of delivery excellence and collaboration. Success is measured by team growth, engagement, and delivery outcomes.
- *Governance, Collaboration \& Alignment:* Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Digital teams to ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Partner with product owners to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- *Travel Requirements:* Minimal travel expected, primarily for team or stakeholder meetings as needed.

- Experience designing and delivering enterprise CIAM/IAM solutions in large\-scale environments.
- Strong hands\-on expertise with Microsoft Azure technologies including Microsoft Entra ID, Azure App Services, and API Management.
- Proven leadership experience managing development teams and overseeing technical delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Deep understanding of identity protocols such as OAuth 2\.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML, along with strong full\-stack development skills (.NET Core, React/Next.js).
- Experience working within SAFe or large\-scale Agile frameworks and participation in PI Planning.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks.
- Exposure to AI\-assisted development tools and AI\-driven identity use cases.
- Knowledge of zero\-trust security models, multi\-cloud or hybrid identity architectures, and developer tooling ecosystems like GitHub and DevOps platforms.
