Technical Operations Intern / E-commerce & SaaS Operations Trainee

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and quick\-learning **Technical Operations Intern** to assist with the day\-to\-day operations of our multiple SaaS products and e\-commerce platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, websites, online tools, and digital products. You don't need to be an expert or an experienced developer. What matters most is your willingness to learn, problem\-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to get things done efficiently.

You will work closely with the founder and get hands\-on exposure to real\-world SaaS products, e\-commerce operations, website management, and digital business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day\-to\-day operations and maintenance of multiple SaaS products and e\-commerce websites.
• Test websites and web applications to identify bugs, errors, broken links, and functionality issues.
• Perform basic website updates, content uploads, data entry, and product listings.
• Upload product images, descriptions, PDFs, and other digital assets.
• Research product images and digital resources online, ensuring proper copyright and usage permissions.
• Create or modify basic product images using AI tools and other available platforms.
• Verify uploaded content, images, and files on websites and servers.
• Identify minor technical issues and perform basic fixes wherever possible.
• Maintain records, check workflows, and ensure routine tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor website functionality and report any unusual errors or issues.
• Assist with testing new features, updates, and product launches.
• Learn existing business workflows and gradually take responsibility for routine operational activities.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and good command of internet\-based tools.
• Basic understanding of websites, e\-commerce platforms, or web applications.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of website management, HTML, CSS, WordPress, or programming is an advantage.
• Comfortable learning and working with AI tools and online platforms.
• Good observation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify problems and find practical solutions.
• Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions when needed.
• Ability to learn new tools and workflows quickly.
