About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development of AI\-powered products and solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business, engineering, and design teams to define product strategy, drive execution, and deliver innovative AI\-driven experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
• Gather business requirements and create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product releases.
• Work closely with AI, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to deliver product goals.
• Evaluate AI tools, APIs, and third\-party integrations.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to drive improvements.
• Identify and mitigate AI\-related risks, model behavior issues, and operational gaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption and growth.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5\+ years of Product Management experience in software or SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects and leading cross\-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data, define KPIs, and make data\-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML\-powered products and SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
• Hands\-on exposure to tools such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of AI governance, compliance, ethics, and risk management.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and cloud\-based solutions.
