As a Technical Product Manager within the People Analytics team, you will collaborate closely with People Business Partners (PBP) and associate global functions to unlock the full potential of our Business Intelligence (BI) platforms. You will lead the design, build, and management of SharePoint structures, communications, and end\-user training resources, enabling team members at all levels to leverage people data for smarter decision\-making and strategic growth. Utilizing advanced automation and business intelligence tools, along with emerging AI technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem, you will streamline product intake, refine user stories, and drive a self\-service data culture across the enterprise.
- *Primary Responsibilities:**
- Use enterprise\-approved AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and drive continuous improvement across people's analytics products
- Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design, optimize data visualization platforms, and foster strategic innovation
- Collaborate with change enablement and communications teams to develop, design, and launch Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, training videos, and other customer\-facing support documents to enhance user autonomy
- Coordinate training programs and materials for BI platforms (such as Domo or Power BI) to expand user knowledge and promote data\-driven insights
- Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, and content management structures to securely manage people data documentation
- Design and manage user\-friendly intranet sites or information portals open to the enterprise to provide need\-to\-know information out to People Analytics customers
- Compile release notes for delivery within People Analytics and to the broader customer base
- Prepare presentations and materials in support of Product Review calls, roadmap discussions, and other strategic projects
- Assist a global team of Product Owners with product intake, triage, agile ceremonies, and user story refinement

- *Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (such as 4\+ years of experience in product analytics, technical product management, or a related field)
- 2\+ years of experience in SharePoint development, configuration, and management
- 1\+ years of experience working in an agile environment using agile tools (such as Rally or Jira)
- Technical experience in business analytics or BI platforms
- Proven experience creating and delivering training programs, user guides, training videos, or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross\-functional teams and stakeholders at multiple levels to drive adoption of technologies
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience working in a People Analytics, HR technology, or talent analytics environment
- Experience working with global teams and managing cross\-functional technical projects
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps), and emerging technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem to optimize workflow efficiency
- Proven solid writing, communication, and presentation skills with a focus on crafting clear, concise technical documentation
