Technical Product Owner

This isn't a traditional Business Analyst role where your primary responsibility is documenting BRDs and handing requirements over to engineering.

At Techdome, Product isn't just documentation it's ownership. You'll work across multiple products in **AI, Healthcare, FinTech, HRMS and Payments domain.**

You'll collaborate directly with Founders, Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams to define, prioritize, and deliver products that solve real customer problems. **What You'll Do :**

• Own product features from discovery through production release.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain Product Backlogs, User Stories, Epics, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Drive Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Release Planning, and Sprint Reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Designers on wireframes, workflows, and user experiences.
• Define product roadmaps alongside business and engineering stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, Functional Specifications, Process Flows, and Product Documentation.
• Coordinate UAT, feature validation, production releases, and post\-release monitoring.
• Analyze customer feedback, product metrics, and business data to recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
• Leverage AI tools to improve product discovery, documentation, analysis, and productivity.

• *What We're Looking For :**

• 3\+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Product Manager.
• Strong experience working on B2C digital products.
• Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile product development.
• Experience owning products or major product features end\-to\-end.
• Hands\-on experience with Backlog Management, Sprint Planning, Release Planning, and Product Roadmapping.
• Strong expertise in User Stories, Epics, Acceptance Criteria, BRDs, FRDs, and Process Documentation.
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and product collaboration tools.
• Ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem\-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast\-paced product environment.

• *Bonus Points If You Have :**

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SQL, and technical architecture concepts.
• Experience defining product strategy using customer insights and analytics.
• Exposure to AI products, LLMs, or AI\-powered workflows.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Gemini.
• Basic knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI\-assisted product development.
• Ability to analyze product metrics and make data\-driven decisions.
