Technical Program Manager (azure)

• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a high\-octane Technical Program Manager to steer our Data Engineering and Platform initiatives. This is a role for an owner, not a reporter. You will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our Azure\-based data ecosystem, managing complex dependencies, and translating technical milestones into executive\-ready narratives.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Strategic Delivery: Take full accountability for the Data Platform roadmap. Drive direction across engineering teams to ensure high\-quality, scalable data solutions.

· Executive Presence: Craft high\-impact PowerPoint decks and written Narratives. You must be comfortable briefing C\-suite executives on progress, budgets, and pivots.

· Rigorous Governance: Maintain a bulletproof RAID log. You don't just track risks; you mitigate them before they impact the sprint.

· Agile at Scale: Lead ceremonies within a SAFe Agile framework. Manage backlogs, PI planning, and cross\-team dependencies using Jira and Azure DevOps.

· Data Metrics: Define and monitor platform KPIs (latency, throughput, cost\-to\-serve). Use stats and metrics to justify technical debt vs. feature delivery.

• *Required Technical Profile**

· Cloud/Data Expertise: Deep experience in Azure environments (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, or Snowflake).

· Tooling: Expert\-level mastery of Jira for tracking and PowerPoint for storytelling.

· Frameworks: Proven track record in SAFe Agile environments at an enterprise scale.

· Governance: Expert in formal project management artifacts, specifically RAID logs and dependency mapping.

· Immediate Availability: Candidates who can join within 0b 30 days will be given top priority.

Pay: ₹1,200,000\.00 \- ₹1,800,000\.00 per year
