Technical Project Coordinator

• *Position Overview:**

We are seeking a detail\-oriented Project Coordinator who can effectively bridge the gap between technical development and project coordination. The ideal candidate will support web development activities while ensuring smooth project execution, timely delivery, and clear communication among stakeholders.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate and manage day\-to\-day web development projects (WordPress, Frontend \& Backend).
• Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
• Bridge the gap between clients and technical teams, translating client requirements into actionable tasks.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Prepare and share project documentation, reports, and updates.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Handle minor website updates and testing tasks when required.

• *Required Skills:**

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong client\-handling and coordination abilities (international exposure preferred).
• Basic understanding of web technologies — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress (themes \& plugins).
• Good organizational and time\-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic team environment.

• *Project Coordination Skills:**

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time\-management abilities.
• Problem\-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams.

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in backend development or IT project coordination.
• Experience in a coordination or support role is an added advantage.
• Experience working in a fast\-paced IT or software services environment.

• *Shift:** Day/Night shift

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
