The **Technical Project Coordinator** supports project teams in planning, executing, and delivering technical initiatives. You will assist with project scheduling, communication between technical and non\-technical teams, monitoring progress, managing documentation, tracking deliverables, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.
You will work closely with project managers, engineers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination across teams and successful delivery of technical projects.
· Assist in project planning, scheduling, and task allocation.
· Support project team with day\-to\-day coordination activities.
· Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, logs, and dashboards.
· Track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
· Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
· Act as a liaison between developers, QA, operations, and management.
· Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take action minutes.
· Monitor project progress and performance metrics.
· Identify risks, issues, and escalate appropriately.
· Provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders.
· Ensure all project documentation is updated, stored, and accessible.
· Assist in standardizing processes and implementing best practices.
· Maintain project schedules, change requests, and version control of documents.
· Support project managers in administrative and operational tasks.
· Assist resource planning and coordination across teams.
· Aid in onboarding new team members and project handovers.
· Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science / Engineering / IT** or relevant field.
· 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or technical support roles.
· Working knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum.
· Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Experience in IT, software, engineering, or product teams.
· Understanding of technical terminology and development processes.
· Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment.
· Certifications such as **CAPM / PMI\-ACP / Scrum Master** are a plus.
Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
