About the Role

We are looking for a **hands\-on Technical Project Lead** with strong Java Full Stack development expertise, technical leadership capabilities, and practical experience with AI\-assisted software engineering.

The candidate will lead a team of developers, drive end\-to\-end project delivery, and leverage AI\-powered coding tools to improve development speed, productivity, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers and own end\-to\-end technical delivery.
• Drive application design, architecture, development, integration, and deployment.
• Actively contribute to coding, debugging, technical problem\-solving, and code reviews.
• Leverage AI\-assisted coding tools and agents to accelerate development, testing, and documentation.
• Manage sprint planning, task allocation, timelines, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product teams, and customers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, application security, and engineering best practices.

Required Skills \& Experience

• **6–8 years** of software development experience, including technical leadership responsibilities.
• Strong hands\-on expertise in **Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices**.
• Proficiency in **React or Angular**, with working knowledge of modern frontend technologies.
• Good understanding of **PostgreSQL/MySQL**, application architecture, and system integration.
• Practical experience with **AI\-assisted coding tools** such as Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Familiarity with **Agentic Coding, Vibe Coding, and AI\-driven development workflows**.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and software development best practices.
• Proven ability to lead developers, resolve technical challenges, and deliver projects independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Digital Lending applications.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with enterprise\-grade applications, performance optimization, and application security.
