We are looking for a Technical Project Manager for our organisation. The Project Manager needs

to work with Business Analysts closely to convert client’s requirements into a well\-documented

business proposal. The project manager should also be flexible to prepare required

documentation on their own. The technical Project Manager should have a natural analytical

skill along with ability to motivate the team and take them to the next level of competency.

A Project Manager should have technical background to understand and evaluate the

technicalities of a requirement and risks associated with it.

A Technical Project Manager having experience in managing games will be an additional benefit.

• *Responsibilities**

● Manage end\-to\-end project lifecycle for technical projects, including planning, execution,

monitoring, and closure.

● Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, and

operations.

● Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans, and risk management

strategies.

● Facilitate daily stand\-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

● Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership regularly.

● Analyse and troubleshoot customer issues in a timely fashion.

● Ensure technical feasibility of solutions, coordinating with architects and technical leads.

● Manage scope changes, budget adjustments, and project timelines efficiently.

● Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and

suggesting best practices.

● Lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on business needs.

● Mentor team members to develop their skills and foster a high\-performing, motivated

project team

● Proven ability to manage conflicts and negotiate win\-win outcome

● Use tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, or similar to track progress and

documentation.

• *Requirements**

● 6\+ years of experience in project management, with at least 1 years handling technical

projects.

● Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile (Scrum/Kanban)

methodologies, and DevOps practices.

● Hands\-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com).

● Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision\-making skills.

● Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non

technical stakeholders.

● PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications are a plus.

● Experience working with distributed and remote teams is a plus.

• *Nice to Have**

● Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

● Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and basic software

architecture principles.

● Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)

is a plus.

● Prior experience in emerging technology areas like AR/VR and blockchain would be a

definite plus

Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹1,080,000\.00 per year
