We work on critical mandates ranging from **Director / Head of Product \& Engineering to VP, CPO and CPTO**.

Our approach goes beyond resumes — we identify leaders who can genuinely shape products, teams and businesses. As a growing team, you will work closely with the founding team, get direct exposure to Executive Search and learn how senior Technology leaders are identified and evaluated.

• *The Role**We are looking for a **high\-energy Recruiter** who enjoys sourcing, solving search problems and discovering hard\-to\-find talent. You will work closely with the founding and delivery teams to identify, engage, evaluate and close talent across **Product, Engineering and Design** mandates.

• Own searches from requirement understanding through candidate closure.
• Source exceptional talent through **LinkedIn, Naukri, X\-Ray, referrals and other channels**.
• Build targeted talent pools, competitor maps and market intelligence.
• Identify and engage **passive candidates** for niche and leadership mandates.
• Conduct meaningful candidate screening beyond the resume.
• Partner closely with the founding team and hiring stakeholders.
• Manage multiple searches while maintaining a high\-quality pipeline.
• Continuously improve sourcing techniques, market knowledge and recruitment skills.

• *What We're Looking For**

• **1–5 years** of recruitment experience, preferably in **Technology hiring, Executive Search, startups or recruitment consulting**.
• Hands\-on experience hiring **Engineering / Product / Design / Data / Technology** talent.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search capabilities.
• Experience using **LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre or similar platforms**.
• Ability to identify and engage passive talent.
• Strong communication, candidate engagement and stakeholder\-management skills.
• Curiosity to understand new technologies, products and businesses quickly.
• High ownership, resilience and a strong hunger to learn and grow.
