Job Overview

Ambient HVAC Solution is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to support sales operations, prepare technical and commercial proposals, coordinate with clients and internal departments, and ensure smooth order processing. The ideal candidate should possess a technical background, excellent coordination skills, and experience in HVAC, MEP, or engineering\-related industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, follow\-ups, and customer support activities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, BOQs, and technical\-commercial documents.
• Review customer requirements and assist in preparing suitable technical solutions.
• Handle client communication and resolve basic technical and commercial queries.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, reports, and CRM updates.
• Support tender documentation, bid preparation, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with procurement, accounts, project, and execution teams for smooth order execution.
• Track order status, delivery schedules, and project progress.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, approvals, and payments.
• Assist in preparing project cost estimates and technical documentation.
• Ensure proper filing and management of all sales\-related documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Sales Coordination, Estimation, HVAC, MEP, or Engineering Support.
• Knowledge of HVAC/MEP systems, BOQs, quotations, and tender documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Good analytical, documentation, and problem\-solving skills.
