We are looking for a **Senior Sales Engineer** with strong experience in **Government Tendering and GeM Portal operations** for **projects**. The candidate will be responsible for handling complete tender lifecycle and driving business through government departments and PSU projects.

- Only candidates with **3–8 years experience in Government Tendering / GeM** should apply
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end\-to\-end **GeM Portal operations** (bid participation, order processing, documentation)
- Identify and evaluate **government tenders (RFP / RFQ / NIT)**
- Prepare and submit **technical \& commercial bids, BOQ, compliance documents**
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams for pricing and specifications
- Handle **non\-IT product/project\-based tenders** (engineering, supply, infrastructure, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with **Government Departments \& PSUs**
- Track tender progress, approvals, and closures
- Ensure timely submission and compliance with tender requirements
Required Experience
- **3–8 years experience** in Government Sales / Tendering
- Strong hands\-on experience with **GeM Portal / eProcurement platforms**
- Experience handling **tenders (engineering / infrastructure / supply projects)**
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of **Tendering Process, GeM, and Bid Management**
- Ability to interpret **technical specifications and BOQ**
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of documentation and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Educational Qualification
- **B.Tech / M.Tech (ECE preferred)**
Preferred
- Experience in **Electrical / Electronics / Engineering / Infrastructure projects**
- Existing network in Government / PSU sector
