• *Role Overview**

Support technical sales activities, customer coordination and business development for assigned BPCL MAK Lubricant.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Visit customers, dealers and industrial sites to identify sales opportunities and understand requirements.
• Explain product specifications, applications and benefits to customers.
• Assist the sales team with enquiries, quotations, proposals and follow\-ups.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and trials with the technical team.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments and customer complaints.
• Maintain customer records, visit reports, sales data and daily activity reports.
• Gather market information and support achievement of assigned sales targets.
• Follow applicable safety guidelines during field and site visits.

• *Preferred Qualifications \& Skills**

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in a relevant discipline, subject to the prescribed eligibility criteria.
• Good communication, customer\-handling and coordination skills.
• Basic technical understanding and proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email.
• Willingness to travel locally and undertake regular field visits.
• Experience in technical sales, petroleum products, lubricants or industrial sales preferred.

Pay: ₹38,000\.00 \- ₹41,000\.00 per month
