Job Summary

We are looking for a technically knowledgeable and customer\-oriented candidate to support the sales team throughout the pre\-sales and sales process. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing technical product information, preparing quotations and technical proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Sales team during customer interactions and sales activities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, configurations, and solutions.
• Prepare technical quotations, product comparisons, proposals, presentations, and other sales\-support documents.
• Provide accurate product specifications, features, benefits, compatibility information, and technical documentation.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers.
• Respond to customer technical queries and provide appropriate product\-related information.
• Assist the sales team in preparing solutions based on customer specifications and application requirements.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Service teams for technical and commercial requirements.
• Support the preparation of tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and technical compliance documents.
• Review customer specifications and identify suitable products or possible gaps in requirements.
• Assist in preparing Bills of Materials (BOM), product configurations, and solution proposals where applicable.
• Provide technical clarification during negotiations and help the sales team address customer objections.
• Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of product features, specifications, applications, competitors, and market trends.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate product requirements and market inputs to the Product/Engineering team.
• Support the sales team with product training and technical updates.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, customer requirements, technical discussions, and sales opportunities.
• Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure timely submission of technical and commercial proposals.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
