Technical Senior Scrum Master

• *Technical Scrum Master**

We are hiring a bright, talented and energetic **Scrum Master** to guide a small engineering team .The team builds device\-side software, healthcare application products, where reliability, security and data integrity come first. You will keep the team’s sprints, releases and dependencies on track, and you will work closely with developers, QA and the product owner.

• *What you will do**

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, reviews and retrospectives for a small, cross\-functional engineering team
• Break platform migration and porting work into clear backlog items, and track progress, risks and dependencies
• Coordinate build, test and release activities across multiple environments, including hardware and device testing
• Remove blockers quickly, whether technical, customer\-related or caused by hardware availability
• Maintain Jira boards, sprint reports, burn\-down charts and status updates for management and the customer
• Coach the team on Agile practices, and help improve delivery speed and quality sprint by sprint
• Support planning for releases, test cycles and customer deliveries, with attention to security and compliance requirements
• Work with the product owner to keep the backlog prioritized and requirements clear
• Keep documentation current: release notes, retrospectives, risk logs and decisions

• *Must\-have skills**

• 5 to 7 years of IT experience, with **3\+ years as a Scrum Master** on software delivery teams
• A valid **CSM, PSM or SAFe Scrum Master** certification
• Working knowledge of **Jira and Confluence** (boards, workflows, dashboards, reports)
• Experience with **embedded, firmware, device or Linux\-based product projects**, or strong willingness to learn their delivery cycle
• Ability to follow technical discussions on **builds, releases, CI/CD and testing**
• Strong communication skills, including with customers and senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working remotely, with clear written updates and reliable availability.

• *Preferred skills (an advantage)**

• Experience on **OS migration, porting or platform projects** (Linux, Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Knowledge of **Git, Jenkins or GitLab CI**, and release management practices
• Exposure to **security\-sensitive or regulated customers** (ISO 27001, public sector, automotive or surveillance products)
• Experience with hardware\-dependent delivery: boards, devices, long build and test cycles
• PMP, PMI\-ACP, SAFe Agilist or ICP\-ACC certification
• Experience with distributed or customer\-facing teams in other time zones

• *Education:** B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc in Computer Science, Electronics or a related field.
