Technical Support Analyst Grad

As a **Technical Support Analyst Grad** within our Analysis and Support team, you will play a key role in maintaining the stability and performance of CSG’s products and applications. Working closely with engineering and customer facing teams, you will develop hands\-on experience in application troubleshooting, system monitoring and customer support.

• *We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst Grad who will:**

• Be involved in analyzing, troubleshooting and debugging CSG products and performing basic fixes and support resolution activities.
• Assist with deployments and building activities using Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
• Play an active role in identifying system issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Perform basic code fixes and supports defect resolution activities.
• Collaborate with engineers and R\&D teams in maintain system logs and documentation.
• Participate in rotational on call support with critical production incidents and fixes and performs basic system administration tasks using Linux/Unix shell scripting.

• *Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for someone who has:**

• Bachelor’s Degree OR a Diploma in Computer Science, Information technology or a related field or equivalent.
• 0\.5 to 1 year experience in application support, software development or technical operations.
• Exposure to relational databases like SQL/PLSQL and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Basic knowledge of Python and/or Shell Scripting.
• Ability to work a split shift schedule from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST, aligned with business requirements.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.
