• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with 6 months to 2 years of experience to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem\-solving skills, basic networking knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network\-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot operating system, application, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor and resolve LAN, Wi\-Fi, internet, and VPN\-related problems.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Respond to support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Perform software installations, updates, and system maintenance.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and support activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.

• *Required Skills**

• Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
• Understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Knowledge of networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience in troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, and internet\-related issues.
• Familiarity with Remote Desktop tools and remote troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
