Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking, and applications
Familiarity with ticketing tools (Freshdesk, Zendesk, Jira, etc.) is a plus
Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)

Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
