Technical Support Engineer L1

• *Role \& responsibilities** Provide high\-level technical support and advanced troubleshooting for Fire Alarm Panels, Fire Suppression systems, Public Address (PA) setups, and CCTV, Access Control.

Quick problem\-solving capability, excellent phone etiquette, and a deep understanding of fire electronics circuitry

• *Preferred candidate profile** 2\+ years of hands\-on technical or site support experience in Fire Alarm System, Fire Suppression, Fire Detections, CCTV and Access systems

Must be multilingual with the ability to communicate fluently in **English, Tamil, and Hindi** to assist regional field teams seamlessly
