We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer in Delhi location to provide support for telecom and VoIP solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting SIP\-based communications systems, IP telephony platforms, and networking environments. This role involves technical troubleshooting, system deployment, customer support, log analysis, and collaboration with development teams to ensure high service availability and customer satisfaction.
· Investigate, diagnose, and resolve L1–L3 technical issues.
· Troubleshoot and support like SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), SBC (Session Border Controller), SMS Gateway solutions \& IP PBX systems
· Analyze and resolve telecom, VoIP, and unified communication issues.
· Provide timely root cause analysis and resolution for customer\-reported problems.
· Install, configure, and maintain telecom software platforms.
· Deploy and manage solutions on Cloud\-based infrastructure \& On\-premises servers
· Support system integration, upgrades, and migrations.
· Assist customers during implementation and deployment activities.
· Monitor and analyse like Voice quality, Packet loss \& Network latency
· Utilize Wireshark and other diagnostic tools for packet capture and analysis.
· SIP signaling issues, RTP/media stream problems \& Network connectivity and performance issues
· Ensure optimal performance of VoIP and telecom infrastructure.
· Provide technical support to global customers through: Email, Live Chat, Phone
· Manage and respond to support tickets within defined SLA timelines.
· Deliver effective troubleshooting guidance, workarounds, and issue resolution.
· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and technical expertise.
· Analyze: Server logs, Application logs \& SIP traces
· Identify software defects, configuration issues, and performance bottlenecks.
· Escalate confirmed bugs to the development team with detailed diagnostic information.
· Collaborate with engineering teams to validate fixes and ensure issue closure.
· Create, maintain, and update: Knowledge Base (KB) articles, Troubleshooting guides, FAQs \& Technical documentation
· Document solutions, best practices, and recurring issues to improve support efficiency.
· **B.Tech in Computer Science/Telecommunications/Information Technology or Related technical disciplines**
· **1–5 years of experience in Technical Support, System Administration \& Telecom or VoIP support environments**
· Experience with telecom platforms and IP communication systems is preferred.
· Strong understanding ofTCP/IP,Routing \& Switching**,** DNS**,** Firewall concepts and troubleshooting
· Hands\-on knowledge of SIP**,** RTP**,** H.323 \&SMPP
· Working knowledge of Basic Linux commands, Service management and restart procedures, Log analysis \& SSH access and remote administration
· Having knowledge SQL / MySQL fundamentals \& Basic database troubleshooting and query execution
· Knowledge of Bash scripting \& Python scripting
· Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
· Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
