Technical Support Executive

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to assist customers, partners, and Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) holders with technical queries. You will be the first point of contact for resolving DSC\-related and portal\-related issues, so strong troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and a customer\-first attitude are essential.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Provide technical support to customers through phone, WhatsApp, chat, email, and other support channels.
• Assist customers with DSC\-related issues on Government portals, GeM, e\-Tender platforms, and similar services.
• Diagnose and resolve issues such as DSC installation, token/driver problems, browser and Java compatibility, and signing errors.
• Train partners on products and processes, and assist them with portal\-related queries.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned Certifying Authority (CA) or internal technical team, and follow up until resolution.
• Log, track, and update all queries and tickets accurately in the support system.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction.
• Share feedback on recurring issues to help improve processes and support documentation.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably IT, Computer Science, or a related field).
• 0\-2 years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, IT Support, or a related field.
• **Freshers with good technical knowledge are welcome to apply.**

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
