Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive responsible for device testing, installation support, troubleshooting, customer technical assistance, and coordination with software and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and test GPS/VLTD/Tracking devices.
  • Provide technical support to customers.
  • Diagnose hardware/software issues.
  • Activate devices and verify SIM/network connectivity.
  • Update firmware when required.
  • Coordinate with Production, R\&D, and Customer Support.
  • Maintain testing and service records.
  • Support software/mobile app/web portal users.
  • Handle warranty and repair cases.
  • Visit customer sites if required.
  • Prepare daily reports and follow SOPs.

Required Skills

  • Computer hardware and networking.
  • GPS, GSM, IoT basics.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • MS Excel, Word, Email.
  • Hindi and basic English communication.

Educational Qualification

Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. (Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science/IT) OR BCA/B.Sc OR ITI with relevant experience.

Experience

Fresher to 3 Years.

Reporting To

Technical Manager / Operations Manager

Working Days \& Timing

6 Days a Week, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Shift may change as per business requirements).

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
