Technical Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of **commercial washing machines, dryers, hydro extractors, ironing/finishing equipment and other laundry machinery**.
• Diagnose technical faults and ensure timely breakdown resolution.
• Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
• Coordinate with equipment vendors/service providers for technical support and spare parts.
• Maintain records of machine breakdowns, repairs, preventive maintenance and spare consumption.
• Monitor machine performance and identify opportunities for improving equipment efficiency.
• Lead, guide and supervise the **team** at the laundry plant.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance SOPs.
• Support installation, commissioning and shifting of laundry equipment whenever required.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma/B.Tech in **Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering/ITI** or a related technical field.
• **1\-2 years of relevant experience** in maintenance of commercial/industrial machinery.
• Candidates with experience in the **Laundry Industry will be preferred**.
• Hands\-on knowledge of **commercial washing machines, dryers and laundry finishing equipment**.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills.
• Experience in **team handling and manpower supervision**.
• Willingness to work at a laundry plant and handle operational requirements.
