Technical Support Executive

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a technically oriented individual to support pre\-sales activities by understanding client requirements, preparing technical proposals and coordinating with internal engineering and business teams. The role involves working closely with clients and the sales team to ensure clear communication and effective coordination throughout the pre\-sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather technical requirements from clients and clarify any missing information.
• Prepare technical proposals and requirement documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical inputs, estimates, and timelines.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings and technical discussions.
• Support the sales team in presenting suitable technical solutions to clients.
• Follow up on pending clarifications, proposals, and client feedback.

Required Skills

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Good technical understanding and research skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to prepare technical documents and proposals.
• Good problem\-solving and organizational skills.

• *Preferred:** Knowledge of IoT, embedded systems, electronics or software development.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
