Job Description: Technical Support Executive

• *Experience:** 1 Year

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Provide technical support to customers using ERP software.
• Troubleshoot software issues and resolve customer queries.
• Assist users with ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounts.
• Coordinate with the development team to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain support tickets and ensure customer satisfaction.

• *Requirements:**

• Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, preferably in ERP software.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, MS Excel, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and problem\-solving skills.
