Technical Support Executive (Voice)

• *Urgent Hiring : Software Support Executive**

• Provide **technical and software support** to clients over calls, chat, and other communication channels.
• Understand client issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist clients in using the company's **own software/application**.
• Troubleshoot software\-related problems and resolve issues efficiently.
• Guide clients regarding software features, processes, and functionality.
• Coordinate with the technical/development team for complex issues.
• Maintain proper records of client complaints, issues, and resolutions.
• Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Provide basic software training and demonstrations to clients when required.
