About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive who can assist clients with technical issues, understand their concerns, and provide quick and effective solutions.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and a problem\-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients through chat, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients.
• Guide clients through solutions in a simple and clear manner.
• Identify, document, and follow up on technical issues.
• Coordinate with developers and other teams to resolve complex issues.
• Test websites, applications, and features to identify bugs or technical problems.
• Maintain proper records of reported issues and their resolutions.
• Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Assist with basic website, browser, hosting, and application\-related issues.
• Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Stay updated with product features and internal processes.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Good understanding of basic technical concepts.
• Basic knowledge of websites, browsers, domains, hosting, and web applications.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript will be an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical issues clearly.
• Good documentation and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.

Good to Have

• Experience working with Shopify or other e\-commerce platforms.
• Basic knowledge of APIs and third\-party integrations.
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, GitHub, or browser developer tools.
• Previous experience in customer or technical support for SaaS products.
