Technical Support - Service (North)

Team: Service Tech

Location: Delhi/NCR

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to field teams, dealers and service centres to diagnose and resolve complex product issues while minimising vehicle downtime

• Investigate field failures using telematics, diagnostic tools and warranty data to pinpoint root causes and detect recurring failure patterns

• Formulate and validate immediate containment actions and permanent corrective actions in close coordination with cross\-functional engineering and manufacturing teams

• Innovate digital diagnostic applications and tools to streamline fault finding and improve service operations

• Publish technical advisories, service bulletins and updated repair procedures to standardise best practices across the entire dealer network

• Analyse warranty claims, repeat repairs and breakdown data to build predictive dashboards and generate actionable insights for management

• Drive first\-time\-right repair initiatives to reduce repeat service visits and accelerate the overall turnaround time for technical escalations

• Conduct technical training workshops and webinars for dealership technicians and field personnel to elevate technical capabilities

• Maintain comprehensive technical knowledge databases and failure analysis records to preserve organisational learnings

• Deliver structured product quality feedback and field intelligence to engineering teams to drive continuous design and manufacturing improvements

• *Ideal candidate**

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile Engineering or Mechatronics

• Specialisation or certification in Electric Vehicle Technology preferred

• 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive or electric vehicle technical support, product quality, service engineering or diagnostics

• Hands\-on experience in EV systems, diagnostics and field issue resolution

• Proven experience collaborating with cross\-functional teams and product development
