Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled **Technical Support Specialist** to join our support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of communication and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming technical support queries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior support teams departments when necessary.
• Document all support interactions.
• Assist users with account access, platform navigation, and application\-related concerns specific to Ava Finance Inc.'s products and services.
• Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of company products, services, and internal tools.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• **Experience:** Minimum of **1 year** of proven experience in a customer support.
• **Communication:** **Advanced English communication skills** (both written and verbal) are mandatory. Candidates must be able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non\-technical users.
• Strong problem\-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Financial products like Credit card and saving accounts.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast\-paced environment.
• A customer\-first mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.

Working Hours \& Schedule

• **Work Days:** 6 days a week
• **Shift:** Including Night shifts (specific timings will be communicated during onboarding)
• **Weekend Flexibility:** Required — candidates must be willing and available to work on weekends as per the rotational schedule

Please note: Due to the nature of our 24/7 operations, flexibility with scheduling is a non\-negotiable requirement for this role.Benefits
