#### **Job Description**

• Strong training experience in Python, Power BI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning with TensorFlow, NLP (NLTK, spaCy), Generative AI (Transformer Models, Hugging Face), Agentic AI (LangChain, LangGraph, Vector Databases), and PySpark.
• Hands\-on programming experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment of ML models on the cloud.
• Strong debugging, communication, and interpersonal skills with a self\-starter attitude.
• Experience training graduate engineers, working professionals, corporate freshers, and lateral hires.
• Conduct college workshops and technical training programmes.
• Develop technical content, assessments, evaluations, and hands\-on projects.
• Expertise in delivering multiple in\-house and corporate training programmes with a proven track record of quality delivery.
• Develop course content and training materials based on client and business requirements.
• Create practical, hands\-on projects and mentor large groups of learners.
• Understand corporate client requirements and deliver customised training programmes.
• Experience across all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Manage the complete training lifecycle, including training needs analysis, course development, implementation, delivery, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Ensure high\-quality training delivery and learner satisfaction.
• Set expectations with project teams and provide timely feedback.
• Mentor, coach, and manage developer and trainer resources.
• Provide technical guidance and programming direction to a team of trainers.

#### **Required Skills**

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in B2B inside sales/tele\-sales.
• Knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
• Strong lead generation and objection handling skills.
