Technical Voice Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a **Technical Support Executive** to handle inbound and outbound calls for the **VI (Vodafone Idea) telecom process**, provide technical assistance, and support issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical and service\-related queries.
• Provide backend support and coordinate for issue resolution.
• Record complaints, updates, and resolutions accurately.
• Follow up with customers and internal teams until closure.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in **Malayalam \& English**.
• Basic technical and computer knowledge.
• Good troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of **MS Excel**.
• Ability to handle calls and multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: From ₹11,000\.00 per month
