Job Description

At **VERTS** the **Techno Functional Consultant** plays a critical role in facilitating the successful implementation, customization, and adoption of ERP \& other Digital Transformation solutions, serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to achieve business transformation and operational excellence.

He/She will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, configuring the ERP system, and ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.

He/She will collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize workflows, conduct user training, and support post\-implementation activities to achieve efficient and effective use of the ERP system within an organization. The role requires a strong understanding of business operations, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in ERP software functionality.

  • *Job Description:**

1\. **Business Process Analysis:** Conduct in\-depth analysis of client's business processes, including requirements gathering, current state assessment, and identifying areas for improvement and optimization using ERP software.

2\. **Requirements Gathering and Documentation:** Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements for ERP implementation or enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

3\. **ERP System Configuration:** Configure and customize ERP modules based on documented business requirements, ensuring system functionality meets client needs while adhering to ERP best practices and standards.

4\. **Solution Design and Documentation:** Design comprehensive solutions within the ERP system to address business needs, including process flows, system configurations, and data mappings. Document solution design specifications and functional requirements.

5\. **User Training and Support:** Develop and deliver user training sessions to educate stakeholders on ERP system functionality, business processes, and best practices. Provide ongoing support to end\-users during and after system implementation.

6\. **Testing and Quality Assurance:** Plan, coordinate, and execute system testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure that configured solutions meet business requirements and are defect\-free.

7\. **Change Management and Stakeholder Communication:** Implement change management strategies to facilitate ERP adoption and minimize resistance. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to project stakeholders and management.

8\. **Data Migration and Integration:** Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful data migration from legacy systems to the ERP platform. Define data migration strategies, perform data cleansing, and validate data integrity.

9\. **Continuous Improvement and Best Practices:** Recommend process improvements and ERP system enhancements based on industry trends, client feedback, and system performance. Stay abreast of ERP software updates and best practices.

10\. **Project Coordination and Delivery:** Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful ERP implementation projects. Coordinate activities with cross\-functional teams and third\-party vendors.

o Weekly Calls with the clients.

o Review Tasks done

o Prioritize open tasks

o Prepare \& Share Minutes of the Meetings with the client

o Highlight Delayed Tasks in the tickets

o Coordinate Swift solution to the delayed tasks

o Ticket Management for the Support related Projects

11\. **Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:** Create and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials. Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues and clients.

12\. **Post\-Implementation Support:** Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post\-implementation, addressing user inquiries, system issues, and enhancement requests.

13\. **Compliance and Governance:** Ensure ERP system configurations and processes comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Implement governance frameworks to maintain system integrity and security.
