• *Job Summary**

Craft Interactive Technologies is looking for a skilled **Techno\-Functional ERPNext Consultant** with practical experience in ERP implementation, business process analysis, and ERPNext configuration. The candidate will work closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to understand business requirements, deliver suitable ERPNext solutions, and ensure successful project implementation.

The role requires a combination of functional ERP knowledge, technical understanding, client coordination, and problem\-solving abilities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Understand client business requirements, gather information, and document existing business processes.
• Analyse business workflows and recommend suitable ERPNext solutions.
• Configure ERPNext modules, workflows, forms, reports, roles, and permissions based on client requirements.
• Identify functional gaps and coordinate with developers to implement necessary customizations and enhancements.
• Work with technical teams on integrations, API requirements, data handling, and system\-related issues.
• Participate in the complete ERP implementation cycle, including requirement analysis, configuration, data migration, testing, deployment, and go\-live support.
• Identify and troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with developers for timely resolution.
• Conduct client meetings, system demonstrations, user training, and post\-implementation support.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documents, user guides, and implementation reports.
• Coordinate with clients, developers, and project managers to track progress and ensure timely project delivery.
• Follow up on pending requirements, resolve client concerns, and ensure implemented solutions meet agreed expectations.

• *Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERPNext consulting, ERP implementation, or a similar techno\-functional role.
• Good working knowledge of ERPNext modules, configurations, workflows, and business processes.
• Practical experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, functional configuration, and implementation.
• Understanding of ERPNext forms, reports, workflows, roles, permissions, and customization requirements.
• Basic technical knowledge of APIs, databases, integrations, and ERP system architecture.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and client\-handling abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with cross\-functional teams and manage multiple project activities.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Coimbatore or Calicut office.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Hands\-on experience with the Frappe Framework and ERPNext customization.
• Basic working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience in handling end\-to\-end ERP implementation projects.
• Exposure to ERP integrations, custom reports, and business\-specific workflows.
• Ability to manage project priorities, follow up on deliverables, and meet deadlines.
