The Data Analytics Manager is responsible for overseeing the end\-to\-end analytics lifecycle—from data acquisition and preparation to insight generation and executive reporting. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capability.
You will lead a team of analysts to design and deliver scalable analytics solutions, including dashboards, reporting frameworks, and predictive models. You will work closely with stakeholders across business units to understand their objectives, translate them into analytical requirements, and provide data\-driven recommendations that influence key decisions.
A critical aspect of the role involves ensuring data integrity, governance, and compliance with organizational standards. You will also be responsible for driving innovation by introducing advanced analytics techniques, automation, and modern data tools to improve efficiency and insight generation.
