Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with 10\+ years of experience in enterprise network operations, routing \& switching, and Cisco ACI environments. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing large\-scale enterprise and datacenter networks. The role requires strong technical expertise in LAN/WAN technologies, Cisco Nexus platforms, Cisco ACI fabric, and network troubleshooting within complex enterprise environments.

Roles \& Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support enterprise Routing \& Switching infrastructure.

Manage and troubleshoot Cisco ACI fabric including tenants, VRFs, bridge domains, EPGs, contracts, and policies.

Configure and support Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, and ISR/ASR platforms.

Perform advanced troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, WLAN, and datacenter network issues.

Handle routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and static routing.

Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 technologies including VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP, VXLAN, and trunking.

Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity utilization.

Participate in major incident management and provide RCA for critical outages.

Implement network changes following enterprise change management processes.

Work closely with security, server, cloud, and application teams for end\-to\-end connectivity solutions.

Support datacenter migration, network transformation, and automation initiatives.

Maintain network documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and operational runbooks.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and operations teams.

Professional \& Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in core routing and switching (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, HSRP/VRRP, Switching, ACLs, NAT, DHCP, QoS)

Hands\-on experience with Cisco ACI deployment and support.

Experience in enterprise NOC or production support environment.

Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.

Experience handling P1/P2 incidents and RCA preparation.

Experience in automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, or similar).

Experience with AI\-aided network observability and management tools.

Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks for network operations.

Ability to troubleshoot complex network incidents and infrastructure issues.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.

Cisco certifications preferred

o CCNP Enterprise

o CCNP Data Center

o CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure (preferred)

Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 8\-10 years of experience in large enterprise network implementation and 3\-4 years of experience in Network implementation.

Knowledge of cloud networking (GCP/AWS/Azure).

Experience in large enterprise or global network environments.

A 15\-year full\-time education is required.

This position is based at our Hyderabad/Bangalore office.
