• *Your work profile**

• We are seeking an experienced **Manual Testing Lead** with 8\-10 **years of experience** to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual testing practices and a solid understanding of application workflows. **Exposure to SAP systems is a plus**, especially for validating integrations and business processes in SAP\-enabled environments.

• *Key skills required**

• 8\-10 years of experience in manual testing
• Experience in **enterprise or large\-scale application testing** preferred

• Analyze **business requirements and functional specifications** to design detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform **manual testing** including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Validate **end\-to\-end business workflows** across applications.
• Execute test cases, capture results, and ensure **requirement traceability**.
• Identify, log, and track **defects** using standard tools (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.).
• Collaborate with **developers, business analysts, and stakeholders** to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform **data validation and backend testing** where required.
• Support **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** and production release cycles.
• Participate in **test planning, estimation, and status reporting**.
• Ensure adherence to **quality standards and testing best practices**.
• Strong hands\-on experience in **manual testing** with knowledge of **STLC and SDLC**.
• Experience in **test case design, execution, and defect management**.
• Familiarity with **test management and defect tracking tools** (JIRA, QC/ALM, TestRail).
• Strong understanding of **functional and integration testing**.

• *Technical Skills**

• Basic to intermediate **SQL knowledge** for data validation.
• Understanding of **application architecture and workflows**.
• Experience working in **Agile/Scrum environments**.

• *SAP (Good\-to\-Have)**

* Basic working knowledge or exposure to

• SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA
• Understanding of **SAP\-integrated business processes**
• Exposure to SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD) is an added advantage

• *Education**

• Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field**
