Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company services and assist customers with their inquiries.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow\-ups.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
