Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate **Telecaller / HR Sourcing Executive** to join our growing recruitment team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates. Your primary objective will be to reach out to job seekers, screen their profiles against open mandates, explain job opportunities, and line them up for interviews.If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive telephone manner, and a passion for helping people find the right career paths, we would like to meet you.**Key Responsibilities**

• **Outbound Candidate Sourcing:** Make daily outbound calls to potential candidates from internal databases, job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), and professional networks.
• **Job Pitching:** Clearly explain open job opportunities, company profiles, roles, responsibilities, and compensation packages to prospective candidates.
• **Initial Screening:** Conduct basic telephonic screening to assess candidate communication skills, experience, qualifications, and cultural fitment.
• **Interview Scheduling:** Coordinate and schedule interviews between qualified candidates and internal recruiters or client HR teams.
• **Database Management:** Maintain and update an accurate candidate database, tracking logs, and call statuses on MS Excel spreadsheets or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). \[1]
• **Follow\-up Management:** Stay in touch with shortlisted candidates to ensure they attend scheduled interviews and complete necessary documentation. \[1]
• **Target Achievement:** Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound calls, successfully screened profiles, and interview lineups

Pay: ₹8,000\.00 \- ₹12,000\.00 per month
