Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, handling inquiries, promoting products or services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer\-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, and offers to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
- Update customer information in CRM software or databases.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills \& QualificationsEducational Qualification
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or BPO operations.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call management systems.
- Knowledge of Hindi, English, and regional languages is an added advantage.

Salary Range
₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience, industry, and performance incentives).
