Job Summary

PVblink Technology Pvt. Ltd., a leading solar inverter manufacturing company, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Telecaller Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with customers, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

• Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
• Fresher to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target\-oriented environment.
