Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and patient\-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with appointments, and provide information about hospital services.

*Key Responsibilities:**

Handle patient inquiries and appointment bookings
Make follow\-up and reminder calls to patients
Provide accurate information about hospital services
Maintain call records and patient data
Coordinate with relevant departments for patient support

1–2 years of telecalling/customer service experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
