Tele Caller Executive

Job Title: Telecaller – Insurance

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a motivated and customer\-focused Telecaller to contact prospective and existing customers, explain insurance products, generate leads, schedule appointments, and assist customers with policy\-related inquiries. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable making outbound and receiving inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Explain insurance plans, benefits, and policy features clearly.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for insurance advisors/sales representatives.
• Follow up with prospective customers to encourage policy purchases.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Handle customer queries and provide basic policy information.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 0–1 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or insurance sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Proficiency in English and local language(s).
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹8,000\.00 \- ₹10,000\.00 per month
