We are looking for a confident and motivated **Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive** to help generate leads and sell **Cloud Services** , along with other **video streaming, OTT, CDN, cloud hosting, and media technology solutions** to businesses across India.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with business owners, IT managers, media companies, OTT platforms, edtech companies, agencies, and enterprises. You should be able to explain technical services in a simple and persuasive way, qualify leads, schedule demos, and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers across India.
- Promote cloud hosting, CDN, video streaming, OTT, and related technology services.
- Explain product benefits clearly to both technical and non\-technical customers.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify potential leads.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or follow\-up calls for the sales/technical team.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and follow\-up notes in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead\-generation targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, demos, and technical clarifications.
- Excellent spoken communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
- Strong persuasion, listening, and objection\-handling skills.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
- Basic understanding of cloud hosting, servers, CDN, video streaming, OTT, or SaaS products.
- Ability to quickly learn technical products and explain them simply.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Good follow\-up discipline and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including email, Google Sheets/Excel, and CRM tools.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, B2B sales, IT sales, cloud sales, SaaS sales, or digital services sales.
- Experience selling to media companies, OTT platforms, broadcasters, edtech companies, startups, or enterprises.
- Familiarity with products such as Linode, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, CDN, video streaming platforms, hosting, or cloud servers will be an advantage.
