Job Description – Telecaller (Male/Female)

• *Location:** Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
• *Department:** Sales / Telecalling
• *Position:** Telecaller – Male \& Female Candidates

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Explain project details, offers, and services to prospective clients.
• Follow up with interested customers and schedule site visits or meetings.
• Maintain customer databases and daily call reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow\-ups.
• Achieve assigned calling targets and support overall sales activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• **Gender:** Male and Female candidates can apply.
• **Experience:** Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication skills in English preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Confident, enthusiastic, and target\-oriented approach.
